OSCHATZ is a company with over 150 years experience of the design and manufacture of waste heat boilers and waste gas cooling plants in operation all over the world. In January 1997 the Oschatz workshops in Istanbul started manufacture of boiler pressure parts, and has since doubled in size in order to satisfy the demands of our international clients with regard to quality, expertise, work-load and reliably just-in-time deliveries.

IRON & STEEL INDUSTRY : In the Iron and Steel industry waste heat boilers and waste gas cooling are used in BOF Oxygen Steelworks, Sinter plants, coke oven plants, electric arc furnaces, walking beam furnaces and rolling mill furnaces.

NON FERROUS METALLURGY : In Non ferrous metallurgy we supply Flash Smelters, Isasmelt, Ausmelt, QSL, Fluidized bed roasters and smelting cyclones.  

CHEMICAL INDUSTRY : In the Chemical Industry Specialised heat recovery and process gas coolers are used in Nitric Acid plants, caprolactam or hydroxylamine plants, sulfuric acid plants coal gasification and all processes in which hot gases with or without dust are energetically used ( by steam generation) .

ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGY : Environmental applications are found in Thermal utilization of solid residues in grate firing systems or smelting cyclones, biomass plants, boilers downstream of residue combustion on grate firing, on rotary kilns and fluidized bed roasters.
